In this volume of "Poke'mon Adventures; Ruby & Sapphire (Vol.17), Ruby battles another 1 of Team Magma's 3 admins who calls myself "Blaze, the illusionist", in a submarine meant for deep under-sea exploration, Team Aqua tries to lure Sapphire in Mt. Chimney, and what has happened to the Lava-ridge Town gym leader!? Plus Team Aqua tricks a  Professor named "Cosmo" into believing that they are working on a harmless experiment at the peek of Mt. Chimney, a dormant volcano, and need the meteorite  almost like a power source. Meanwhile, Ruby meets an slightly estranged diver, finds out a Feebas is still following him, and Ruby's father finds out about his whereabouts and challenges him to a battle! Are Team Aqua going to accomplish their goal of finding Kyogre and Team Magma finding Groudon? Find out in this volume of "Poke'mon Adventures; Ruby and Sapphire (Vol.17)!
